1-Year Warranty: Most parts purchased through Automotive & Clutch come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects, ensuring your peace of mind.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return and refund policy starting from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be uninstalled and have no fluid put into the unit (e.g., master cylinders, slave cylinders).
  • You must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at: contact@automotivebrakeandclutch.com. We aim to respond to all return requests within 48 hours.

Shipping and Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns. We do not provide a shipping label for returns. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues (Must be Reported Immediately)

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please take photos of any damage for your records, so that we can promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to follow the return process for the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, typically within 48 hours of our receipt of delivery. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (this time varies by institution).
