1-Year Limited Warranty: Most specialized parts purchased through Automotive & Clutch come with a **1-year limited warranty** against manufacturer defects, ensuring your peace of mind regarding product quality.
Returns and Refunds Policy (30 Days)
We have a **30-day return and refund policy** starting from the date of delivery for all online parts purchases.
Eligibility for Return of New Brake & Clutch Parts
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be **uninstalled** and have no fluid put into the unit (e.g., master cylinders, clutch slave cylinders, Hydromax boosters).
- You must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Shipping and Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns. We do not provide a shipping label for returns. Please note that original shipping charges are **non-refundable**.

Damages and Issues (Must be Reported Immediately)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within **48 hours of delivery**) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please take photos of any damage for your records, so that we can promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to follow the return process for the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, typically within **48 hours of our receipt of delivery**. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (this time varies by institution).
