This custom rebuild stage 4 transmission features an aluminum heavy-duty deep transmission pan that increases oil capacity by 3.5 quarts, enhancing cooling and lubrication during demanding towing or hauling tasks. The transmission incorporates new A & B trim valves to ensure full line pressure to the clutches and a new converter lock-up valve to improve lock-up pressures, resulting in more efficient power transfer and fuel economy.
With clutch counts increased across multiple clutch packs—C1, C2, C3, C4, and C5—by up to 75% over stock, this transmission handles up to 300% more power and torque than the original factory unit. The inclusion of high-energy GPZ(TM) friction materials provides smooth engagement and durability under severe conditions. Each transmission is dyno tested to verify performance and reliability before installation. The design emphasizes increased internal strength and revised oil circuits to promote long-term drivetrain integrity, making it suitable for fleet and heavy-duty use.
