Shipping and Delivery Policy
Order Processing
- All in-stock items are “ready to ship” and dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) of your order being placed, unless otherwise stated.
- Order cut-off time is 2 pm CST every working day.
Delivery Timeframes and Guarantee Disclaimer
Shipping estimates provided at checkout are calculated by the carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and are subject to their service terms. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times due to circumstances outside of our control.
Domestic Orders (Within the United States)
- We aim to deliver all orders within 2-10 working days (Monday-Friday).
- Shipping times on Domestic Orders are NOT guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including weather or routing issues.
- Some larger items, such as flywheels, may be subject to longer delivery times. We will keep you updated.
International Orders
- Shipping times on International Orders are NOT guaranteed. International orders may take several days longer than stated due to circumstances out of our control, including customs delays and border processing.
- For all international orders, the customer is responsible for any import taxes, duties, and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws to clear customs.
