Designed specifically for heavy-duty fleet reliability, this unit replaces boosters with Casting #2772114 or #0204745907. It is a multi-fit engineering solution utilized across GMC, Chevy, International, Freightliner, Ford Truck, Hino, Isuzu, and Volvo.This booster is the primary replacement for RV and Motorhome applications, including Fleetwood (Bounder, Southwind), Winnebago/Itasca (Suncruiser, Adventurer), Tiffin (Allegro Open Road), and Holiday Rambler (Vacationer). It is also widely used in John Deere industrial equipment and Motor Graders.

⚠ Expert Installation & Field Note

Based on our shop experience specializing in heavy-duty brakes since 1985:

  • Pedal Rod Reuse: You must reuse your original pedal rod to maintain correct geometry. A new pedal rod grommet and instructions are included for a leak-free seal.
  • Hardware Verification: Mounting studs may differ between automotive and industrial applications. You may need to swap and reuse your original studs for a precise fit.
  • Flow Switch: If replacing older Casting #2771424, 2771819, 2771293, or 2771371, you MUST purchase SKU 529999 to complete the installation.
