  • Pushrod Verification: The long single eyelet pedal rod is pre-installed. Verify the length against your old unit before installation to ensure 100% stroke calibration and pedal height.
  • Hardware Note: New Oval O-rings are provided. Reusing old seals is the leading cause of hydraulic leaks at the pump motor flange. Some original mounting studs or flange nuts may need to be cleaned and reused.
  • Legacy Adaptation: If your original unit features a round 1-pin flow switch, you will require Adapter SKU 529999 to complete the upgrade to this modern casting.
