  • Pushrod Alignment: When installing firewall-mounted booster brackets, ensure your structural linkage aligns squarely with the manual pedal arm block. Even minor offset tracking friction creates premature pushrod wear or internal bore score leaks over time.
  • Disc-Disc Caliper Balancing: This kit’s master cylinder internal step valving layout is balanced strictly for inline rear brake calipers. Running legacy rear drum architectures on this configuration line will cause severe system-wide hydraulic over-extension lockups.
  • Bleeding Sequence: Bench bleed the raw cast iron master cylinder body entirely before plumbing line integration.
CRITICAL: Verify Specifications

This hydraulic boost kit requires a minimum vacuum supply threshold of 18 inches at idle to secure linear pedal assistance. Check line fitment clearance closely against custom intake manifold variants or left side inner fender aprons before system structural hard-mounting.
