• Steering Tie-Rod Clearance: Always verify that steering arm tie-rod tapers are fully clean and free of paint residue or debris prior to ball-joint nut torque sequences to ensure secure taper locks.
• Wheel Bearing Fitment: Use only recommended high-speed wheel bearing sets to ensure precision seat contact with spindle pin mating surfaces.
• Alignment Calibration: Re-align the complete front-end geometry immediately following spindle installation to prevent irregular tire scrub wear.
