• Pushrod Alignment: When installing firewall-mounted booster brackets, ensure your structural linkage aligns squarely with the manual pedal arm block. Even minor offset tracking friction creates premature pushrod wear or internal bore score leaks over time.
• Proportioning Valve Setup: Always configure an external proportioning distribution block if you run mismatched disc/drum brake layouts to properly regulate fluid balance pressures.
• Bleeding Sequence: Bench bleed the black adjustable oval master cylinder body entirely before plumbing line integration.
