🛠️ Expert Installation & Field Note
Based on our shop experience specializing in heavy-duty brakes since 1985:
- Pushrod Alignment: When installing firewall-mounted booster brackets, ensure your structural linkage aligns squarely with the manual pedal arm block. Even minor offset tracking friction creates premature pushrod wear or internal bore score leaks over time.
- Proportioning Valve Setup: Balance fluid line loops with correct inline residual pressure valves depending on your target master cylinder layout selection block.
- Bleeding Sequence: Bleed master cylinders fully before final mounting onto pushrod face lines.
This single-diaphragm structural boost canister requires a minimal vacuum engine feed supply of 18 inches at idle speed to properly operate assistance curves. Check bracket firewall seat sealing parameters carefully prior to pinning pivot rods under dashboard lines.
